Dear Udo

My family and I stayed in Morningside behind the BMW dealership for years-even before the Wedge was constructed. We enjoyed Piaceri from the start and often did breakfast on Saturdays and the odd dinner (having the kids it's difficult t stay out to late). And we've always bee very happy, no matter how silly a request may seem-the waiters are always willing to sort something out for us because it matters to us-even the combination as we requested is not on the menu.

We have since moved to Bryanston and have frequented Piaceri less often-actually not at all until a month ago and it felt great to be back. For couples, girlfriends or families-it is always a pleasure to break bread with you!

I really enjoyed myself at your restaurant. This was the second time I've been there and it seems to me that the second time was better than the last time. Maybe you should think about opening another branch in Bloemfontein.

Hi Udo,

I had a wonderful experience at your restaurant. Your service is just great.

When we came, my colleague specified when he was ordering that he is allergic to black pepper, but his food contained black pepper. You paid for his allergex and prepared another meal for him, and he was not charged for it.

That's what I call "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE". As a result I was back at your restaurant on Saturday the 18th of March 2006 and I brought a friend who was also impressed.

Many thanks for the warm welcome - it is great to see you follow through on your loyalty programme.

We had a really great dinner, the food was excellent and I most specifically enjoyed the Haloumi main course, the flavours were quite spectacular.
